DoorSixteen: Baby bok choy with crispy tofu
One of my favorite bloggers, Door Sixteen, posted this recipe the other day and remembering that I had some leftover bok choy in the fridge on the verge of spoiling, gave it a shot. This meal earned me a big ole kiss from Azeus. He loved it! As did I. Seriously, SERIOUSLY recommend this. I threw in some chopped up leek to the mix as I had some of that leftover, too and served it over Japanese Soba noodles instead of rice. Recipe can be found right here. Also, Vegan!
The sauce was a *little* spicy due to the Sriracha sauce, but it was pretty perfect. I hate spicy but I didn't mind this, so much.
Today's breakfast! One of the best smoothies i've made. Orange juice, blueberries, strawberries and honey. Quite lovely.

And yeah, it's kinda spicy, but I loooove spicy. Especially when it's sriracha spicy!! :D
